Nothing really, that should be enough to get started. That said if you want to build a email marketing list in your niche (recommended) then you should get an account with ActiveCampaign. And as an added bonus if you provide me with your email provider details then I can install it at no extra cost!
Q: What themes and plugins are included?
I have literally spent thousands of dollars on development licenses for WordPress plugins and themes including StudioPress, WooThemes, Gravity Forms and more which gives me the right to legally install them on client sites throughout my work.
Q: Will I need a domain name?
Yes, this isn't included so you will need to buy one elsewhere. I use and would personally Namecheap.com
Q: How do I tell you what I want after I order?
